Start with no card and no email
One click makes a real workspace and takes you into it. Deploy something, look around, and create an account when you want to keep it.
Keys for agents are one click away inside, under Agents and keys.
What the trial gives you
- One Product, one environment
- No card and no email required
- Expires after 72 hours
- Full API, CLI and MCP access
When you have built something worth keeping, create an account from the dashboard and the workspace becomes yours, with everything in it still running. A paid plan lifts the expiry.

From a terminal instead
From there, the quickstart takes you to a running application with Postgres, auth, storage and a domain.
If you are an agent
Skip the button. One call creates the workspace and returns a scoped key, with no email, no card and no human step. Then read llms.txt, which is written for a model that has never seen this API and leads with the rules that prevent expensive mistakes.

- Helm7 runs in two EU regions, Falkenstein and Helsinki. There is no US region yet.
- Next.js is the best-supported framework today. Anything with a Dockerfile runs, but the detection and the documentation are thinner elsewhere.
What happens when you click
- Step 1
A workspace appears
Helm7 creates a temporary organisation with room for one Product, and signs you into it. There is no form because there is nothing to fill in yet.
- Step 2
You build something
Create a Product, add a Postgres database, turn on auth, deploy from a repository. Every change can be run as a plan first, and the plan shows its monthly cost before anything is built.
- Step 3
You keep it or let it go
Create an account from the dashboard and the workspace, with everything running in it, becomes yours. Do nothing and it expires after 72 hours.
Questions before you start
Do I need a credit card to try Helm7?
No. The trial takes no card and no email. It is one Product for 72 hours, with the same API, CLI and MCP server as a paid plan.
What happens after 72 hours?
The trial workspace expires. If you want to keep what you built, create an account from the dashboard before then and the workspace becomes yours. A paid plan lifts the expiry.
Can an AI agent start a trial by itself?
Yes. cloud_init creates a workspace and returns a scoped key with no email, no card and no human step. The agents page explains what a key can be limited to: scopes, a monthly spend cap and an expiry.
Which frameworks work?
Next.js is the best supported. Anything with a Dockerfile runs, but detection and documentation are thinner outside Next.js.
Where will my app run?
In Falkenstein, Germany or Helsinki, Finland. There is no US region yet, so users in North America will see more latency than on a platform with servers there.
